Today PS Vita homebrew developer Celcodioc is back with an update to Vitacom, which brings this release to version 1.12.
Celcodioc notes that there are no PSM .DLL files included with Vitacom, which is in accordance with the PlayStation Mobile SDK license agreement. See more info in the quote below.
"The applications will load them automatically if the SDK is installed. However, in order to build the source code, you will need to include them manually.
