Just recently, a forum member going by the alias fuckyoudh on Elotrolado has released the 3.60 keys in the wild, which will enable the end users to decrypt the 3.60-encrypted EBOOT files.

Also, certain users on PS3Hax and PS3Crunch have claimed to have successfully managed to decrypt the EBOOTs for games like Dirt 3, Bleach Soul Ignition and LA Noire successfully, so as this turns out, it is confirmed that the release is (probably) legitimate, although the way in which it was posted would make anyone treat the release with a huge pinch of salt, especially when some users had issues decrypting some of the EBOOTs for certain games like Call of Duty: Black Ops (ver 1.13 - signed with 3.60 keys - ZOMBIEKILLAH originally complained about this)
