When the constellations connected, there came a Cactus.

For many nights, his true power was suppressed to prevent further eruption similar as MikuCannon caused. Many nights have passed and the shadows now reveal... The Astral Bolt. A legendary, ancient hacker hidden within the dark shadows has now come back alive.

From his resurrection, his true power is now taking form into a large, complex crossbow-like weapon. Now working on his new hacked weapon, who will be able to stop his ongoing, never-ending rampage? He's back, even Perfect and Darker than ever.

Project "Artemis" a.k.a Ballista (Replaces Crossbow)
Code currently in development. This tactical experimental weapon has the ability to hack reality and slow down linear time.

Stages: Grid, dataDyne Research (by 00dark)
Weapons: Ballista, Eagle .357, Orion, Hyperdragon, Rocket Rifle M1, Ripper, Jetback (I think?)
