3DSExplorer can open 3DS files and view the information as described in CCI and CXI or open SaveFlash binary files (like those in Games) auto-decrypt them if necessary, and show some information as described in Savegames.

now can save files from save and 3ds (from 3ds still encrypted)
by double click a file.

when opening a crypted save you can save the key to a file

3DS Explorer v. 0.83

Nintendo 3DS Homebrew developer elisherer has updated 3DSExplorer bringing us to version 0.83.

3DSExplorer is a PC utility that will display information on the 3DS ROMS (CCI/3DS), 3DS backups (sav/bin) and files tmd (TMD).

For v0.83 elisherer has fixed Correct Ticket and Icon color mapping (RGB -> GBR).

3DSExplorer v1.22

3DS Developer elisherer has returned with an update of the PC Utility known as 3DSExplorer. This is version 1.2.2. This utility enables the display of information on 3DS ROMS, backups and TMD files. Version 1.2.1 fixed an issue with the opening of cia files thanks to 3dsguy's help. elisherer has also updated the title.db to release 183.
