After pushing Uncharted 4 to 60FPS last month, developer illusion has been hard at work on patches for multiple PS4 games.
In order to run these patches, you will need a hacked PS4 able to run unsigned eboots. You will also in general need to patch the eboot yourself with a hexeditor, unless you’re able to find an already patched one online.
