MiniVitaTV is the plugin that TheFlow mentioned yesterday on Twitter.
This plugin uses the DualShock 3/4 driver found in official PSTV firmware and as a result you can:

This plugin uses the DualShock 3/4 driver found in official PSTV firmware and as a result you can:
- Connect up to 4 DualShock 3/DualShock 4 controllers to your PSVita. You can use any configuration you want as DualShock 3 and 4 controllers can work together at the same time.
- Play games that support local multiplayer on your PSVita provided you have enough controllers! Examples of games that support local multiplayer on the PSTV (and now the PSVita thanks to this plugin) are Metal Slug 3, Badlands GOTY and Skullgirls: 2nd Encore
