I just bought another PS3 a few hours ago and this stuff is gibberish to me. I don't know a thing about webserver whatever stuff.

I got it working. I'm back on rebug 4.81 dex and connected to games and able to find codes again. It's been about a solid 9 hours of cussing at the PS3 to get it working.
