  • Srident's SD2Vita adapters available for order on eBay

Disclaimer from Aurora: While I have contacted Srident on Twitter/Reddit and he seems like a nice person, neither I nor Wololo can guarantee anything. The decision to buy one is yours to make and there’s adequate buyer protection from eBay/PayPal so you should be covered. Read eBay/PayPal’s buyer protection documents in order to know where you stand. As always, I support members of the community more than large Asian manufacturers so I appeal to you to support them too as you’ll be getting a superior product made with love for the community!

    What’s the SD2Vita adapter?

In a nutshell, it’s an adapter that lets you use microSD cards on your PSVita. You just have to put it in your gamecard slot and use your microSD card as ux0 or uma0 after setting it up. To set it up, check the article linked at the bottom of the post.

It's not available anymore. Does anyone know where I can get these adapters now? I've tried to search them on eBay and Amazon and couldn't find the model I need now. My bro suggested having a look at aliexpress or even shopify but I couldn't find there anything either. Is it a kind of deficit with this particular model? I see those other adapters being sold everywhere. I've recently got one at shopify and tracked thanks to the china post tracking number on my phone. I hoped it wouldn't be lost somewhere during the shipping tbh but everything eventually was fine.

Srident's SD2Vita adapters are no longer in production. As far as I know, the manufacturer replaced it with the newer version. So I see no reason to seek exactly this adapter. The other thing is such adapters are pretty hard to find at all, no matter their manufacturer or price. My unit was ordered from Europe. I even used their local delivery tracker https://www.sendungsverfolgungpost.de/de/. PSVita itself is half-dead, let alone its accessories or utilities. At an early date, we could expect Steam Deck to lure away adapter manufacturers.

Hmm, interesting topic. How does this adapter work? I just remembered how much easier it used to be. You turned the Sega on, and you could play all day long. That's what I loved about that time. For simplicity and carefree, especially that time flew by quickly with friends. Now all the gadgets have many features, half of which are unnecessary. For example, I bought a cheap electronic scale, they are simple and easy to use, and when I once again weighed myself before a workout, I thought that I do like simplicity. I don't need a lot of features on my phone or anything else, and I just want to use the thing I have.
