PS4 Hack: buy a 3.70 Pro and don't update it

Famous PS3 Hacker Mathieulh recently recommended on Twitter to buy a PS4 Pro while those are still on firmware 3.70 and to not update it.

When asked for more details, he said “Anything lower than 4.06 is fine”.

It's "that" guy, Mr Math? He who created such in insane amount of drama in the ps3 hacking scene that it was the equivalent of being the donald trump of hacking? I hope he goes away, all he did before was boast and nothing more causing a whole scene of people at each others' throats over every little word this guy said when he never did anything.

Either I hope he's changed and is actually a useful contributor in some kind of way, or I hope he goes away. I don't want to see sites all over having a massive amount of members fighting over every word he says with 1 group being the "If ONLY we praise him and kiss his ass enough maybe he'll give us that ultimate hack he claims to have" and the other group being "This guy doesn't do anything other than randomly pop up stating random things about PS3/PS4 hacking but has no evidence and never does anything and creates chaos" with group 1 hating them because those naysayers were the reason he released nothing according to those hopeful ones.


I hated that guy. Just kept popping up every month or so with some random comment and there'd be a nonstop wave of praise like he's doing us the greatest of favors, but there was never anything except sites split in half with members fighting with each other.


I thought he just liked taking advantage of idiots and wanted praise, because people were definitely acting dumb and praising him and if somebody popped in saying "It seems like we're praising you nonstop my lord but you've given us nothing but words" then the loyal idiots would have an argument and say people that question him are the reason he releases nothing to us ungrateful masses.
