This method of screen capture is only supported on the New Nintendo 3DS/XL, due to hardware limitations it will not be supported on 2DS, O3DS, and O3DS XL.

While the NTR CFW 3.4 itself will be available on O3DS at some point, the developer has made it clear that the video streaming/capture capability will not be ported across.
