In an effort to preserve for posterity (and immediate use, if desired) those utilities unique to the Qhimm.com community (and related sites), I've added several utilities related to PSX Final Fantasy VII modding, some of which were completely lost to the world until now (I've either dug up broken source and fixed and compiled it, contacted the author for a compiled binary, or both).
These can be found HERE.
More will be added as time goes on; some are excluded as they're still actively maintained and updated on their own sites (though I keep updated copies and will add them to Downloads if they fall off the face of the earth or stop being updated regularly). Enjoy.
