PS1 Batman & Robin Hacking

I was wondering if you could Hack Batman & Robin game for PS1. I think not many people played this game or even finished it but It is one of my favorite Batman game for PS1. I played this game several times for past 10 Years & Beaten it many times. But i still think that something is missing from this game. For now I was trying to find 4 Phone Directories in Clues by exploring Gotham City but could not find 4th Downtown Directory. So I was wondering if there exist any code to unlock all Clues of this game. One more thing is There exist an Area Gotham City Square on Map but it is inaccessible. Any idea is it originally designed to be a Accessible area by developers or not? Awaiting your Response...
