help with programs to search, decode or encode cheats in psx emulators

hello good morning to all, i was looking for all the web a program that can help me with cheats, i mean, i love games and i love to play them as they come, but also i love to cheat on them, so i can have even more fun, but latelly i was searching to set cheats to the emulators i have, not only keep with the ones they gave me, and i found a lot of good codes, for all the patforms i love to play, i mean play station, nes, snes, fds, i mean i love it, but i was searching for codes to use with the psx emulators, the both i use are epsxe 2.0.5 and pcsxr, this last one i check that works a lot better for me, well the thing is that i found some codes that are not in Pro Action Replay/GameShark they are in XplorerPro and FX (v2.2-v4.52) and i dont know if any of the emulators i have acept this codes, im on the way to try them, but the help i asking, is that in case that dont work, any of you guys help me with a program that i can use to insert this codes in the emulators, i dont know if i do well to put this topic here, if not, im sorry, i was searching and dont see nothing about it, BTW i was downloading some programs but i try to download a program and it pops this up 403 - Access DENIED
