[N64] Snowboard Kids (USA) Can't get a code to work

I'm trying to use a gameshark code on this game and it won't work.
The code is:
Have All Characters, Tracks, Cups In Battle Mode
810B3194 0F00

The code does not work on my everdrive (3.0 if it matters) but the code doesn't seem to work on emulator half the time.
I have tried different versions of the rom, but the problem is the same for all of them.

I would appreciate if anyone could figure this out.
