As terpsfan101 mentioned to you in Discord, FCEUX is the way to go with NES hacking. NES is a good choice for getting started in hacking. Lots of documentation. You can find FCEUX and a ton of useful tutorials with Google.

Hi Vadim, you'll be much more successful getting information if you pick a specific console/system and ask for help with that. Once you learn one, you can move on to others.
