How do I use this code in Dolphin?
I am looking to modify my villagers on Animal Crossing on the Gamecube using Dolphin, but the code featured here does not tell me (at least in a way I can understand) where to put the villager code.
Example base code:

HBHK-87EE-G0N17 EN
Example Input:
00 - Bob - Purple Cat
If I wanted, per-say, Bob to be in my town, where would I input the 00?
Also since it is stated in the codes description, what does Ram Write mean?
