[PS2] Persona 4 SLUS_217.82 time of the day repeater broken

for some reason after the first week or so the cheat somehow became broken in my NG+, i am refering to

Time Of Day Repeater (L3 Redo Time -- R3 Turn Off) -- NEW --
#This Will Keep Repeating the Same Time of day

for some reason after a certain date the code becomes broken, i have no idea why, it was working yersteday and when i booted the game up today the code doesnt works i am pressing L3 but it does not works, i can confirm that the problem is not only on NG+ i tested it with an old file, code somehow is broken

@Helder or any one please lock this, i figured out what was the FRIGGIN issue, for al lother games CB auto activates the enabler code, for this one it doesnt, so i dint had the enabler code on
