(NES) or (SNES) Paperboy is frustrating even when using the existing game genie codes for the game because you must have perfect deliveries each time just to gain one more subscribing house. So I thought that it would be a good idea if somebody created an "invincibility" game genie code for either (NES) Paperboy or (SNES) Paperboy 2. An invincibility code meaning that paperboy rides his bike thru objects that would normally knock him down. I don't know if this code would be considered "invincibility" or "walk (ride) thru objects". Since there are no game genie codes out there that do this, I thought maybe it would be a good idea if its possible.

Paperboy Invincibility? (Ride thru objects)

I've never played the Paperboy games, but out of curiosity, after you get hit, does your character flash for a few seconds, during which you're temporarily invincible/unable to be hit? If so, like most other games, it would probably be quite easy to hack the difference between normal game play and those few seconds of invincibility, and make your character always invincible.
Secondly, are you using a real NES and SNES, or an emulator? If you're using an emulator, you could use PAR codes as well as Game Genie codes, the former of which is something you could quite easily hack yourself. Take a look at our Library, linked to on the front page (under Resources).I may be lazy, but I can...zzzZZZzzzZZZzzzZZZ...

No. Once you get hit, you get knocked down (die). You don't flash or have temporarily invincibility, you just get knocked down and the screen changes and you start out again after the house where you get hit near. So there is no character flash or temporarily invincibility/unable to be hit. That's why I thought it would be a good idea for a game genie code that will give you invincibility (ride thru objects)Now broadcasting from the underground command post. I only use real NES, real SNES, and real Genesis so I am unable to use PAR codes. I must use only Game Genie Codes. Now broadcasting from the underground command post. That code works great! With that code it also prevents you from breaking windows, knocking down garbage cans, and hitting other unnecessary targets when you throw papers at them. You can't vandalize property with this code lol. Also your papers thrown can't hit the crazy people and cats etc. that come running after you. The moving objects and moving people in the game are the only things that can kill you (knock you off your bike). With this code, you can ride your bike thru any stationary objects (houses, trees, bushes, mailboxes, sewers, fences, curbs, landscaping, parked cars, obstacle course objects etc.) You can't die (fall of your bike) in the obstacle courses at the end of each route because you can ride thru all obstacles, walls, cones, ramps, etc. This code will help you beat the game if you were never able to beat it. Thanks again HybridLast edited by OldSchoolGamer; 04-21-2011, 12:24:37 PM.Now broadcasting from the underground command post. Deep in the bowels of a hidden bunker. Rimsky, your code (AAKPSGTA) is slightly different than Hybrid's code. With your code, you CAN vandolize property. With Rimsky's code you can throw papers that will break windows, knock over garbage cans, and hit all other targets you normally would beable to hit with your papers. Also your papers thrown CAN hit the moving objects and people that come running after you. You can ride your bike thru all stationary objects EXCEPT the STREET CURBS. So there definetly is a difference between Hybrid and Rimsky's code. The 2 main differences between the codes is that with Rimsky's code you CAN vandolize property and hit any object or person with your papers that you would normally beable to hit in the game. Hybrid's code you CAN'T vandolize property and you can't hit with your papers the people & objects that come chasing after you to stop them. So I would say Rimsky's code is slightly better. Both codes are great.Last edited by OldSchoolGamer; 04-21-2011, 12:46:42 PM.Now broadcasting from the underground command post. Deep in the bowels of a hidden bunker.
