The first line is a joker and isn't necessary, but you won't be able to do Dark Jak's Dark Bomb or Dark Blast attacks without it. It doesn't work with vehicles. The joker makes it work only if you are only pressing X, so it shouldn't mess up too much stuff. Don't jump too much too fast, or you will end up far in the sky and will end up waiting 30 seconds to land back on the ground. It works great, just don't mash jump like crazy. I accidentally mixed up the 7 & 8 before, sorry.

You can go through almost anything, including floors, which is why you'll want to turn it off and use it with infinite double jumps or you'll just fall through the floor.

I'm hoping that's the right value because I'm not entirely sure my save was at the end of the game. If something's missing, use FFFFF7e0. It will open up all sectors of the city. You'll have everything on a new game. I'm sure it's saveable too.
There's also some interesting things with the first byte of that code that you'll want to toggle with the joker command if you use them

01 - If you press R1 the screen will turn red and almost everything will freeze for a few seconds.
02 - Makes the other states last forever. So if you pause things with 01 and immediately switch to this they will stay frozen forever.
04 - Doubles the speed of everything except Jak. Hold R1 to make everything else insanely fast.
10 - Hold R1 for slow motion.
Not sure if you'd want these 2 codes.

If you set ?? to anything that doesn't have 01, metalheads will be running around the city around the end of the game and a few of your cheat codes will appear as question marks. It's the modified codetwink.com code.
