Dreamcast hacking utillity?

I came across a download that had a bunch of Dreamcast utills and one said DC_trainer_BETA_Bellok. I can find no info on it. I made a disc of the cdi and it boots on real hardware and gets to select trainer menue. It also appears to have Gav on it (Gavin). Anyway here is just the DC_trainer stuff from that download.
