Hahaha, i'm sorry but they're stealing you, and in the hard way. If in my country (and believe we know about expensive things here) i found the genesis at 30 bucks and the game genie at 50 bucks, it shouldn't be more expensive in other parts of the world, they are really fucking you.
BTW, i use debugging to make the codes and then i test them in the genesis.
Tomorrow i will try to submit some more codes.
You can organize your forum making a child forum for each letter and in there you can post for each game, so it should be more easy to find
