[REQUEST] Metal Max2 (Japan)SNES no random encounter

Saw there's some codes for Metal Max 2,
There is no english translation but still a good game.I cleared the game about 10 years ago and want to play it again.
I have no SNES hack experience just can do that for NES game thank to fceux.
If anyone can help me that will be great help.
Also if you can give me some tips about SNES no encounter I can try that myself.
