Hyper Street Fighter II (hsf2) Easy Moves Code Request

I examined the code for Super Street Fighter II Turbo (ssf2t: cps2) and tried pouring it directly into this (also cps2) one but some lines overlapped. Could someone examine it and transfer it to hsf2?
And is there a way to code the colours available for any version? Like World Warrior Chun Li could also assume Super T and Turbo colours.
