[psyvarrv] Psyvariar Revision

In the game, you kill enemies to raise a Level bar, once it fills up, you gain a level. Levels allows you to increase the strenght of your ship, and also allows you to go to alternate level routes.

Can anyone make a cheat so that the level bar is always maxed, so that anything you kill will result in a level up?
