so i recently picked up a Sega Saturn and an action reply , will be getting it soft modded very soon

i heard it eliminates the cheat function

i have recently discovered

how to patch cheats and codes on to Sega CD games and it's absolutely wonderful

is it possible to patch Sega Saturn game with cheats ?

if it's possible

what is a good patching tool ?

and where can I find the patches ?
