need help hacking a 32x rom

ok so im trying to mod some game genie codes into some 32x roms following the info in this site https://codehut.gshi.org/32XGG.txt

the game im modding is star wars arcade and im stuck the instructions tells me to do this
FF2DE0:6002 *** NEW CODE ***
Infinite shields (ie. infinite energy). Note that this looks like a PAR code,
but because of the way the 32x works, it is actually an assembly/ROM type code.
If you'd like to hack this code into your ROM, go to ROM address $085DDE and
change the 91B8 to 6002

i have no idea what program to use or how to modify the rom address im gonna test these hack out on a sega emulator as well as my 32x hardware via my genny everdrive any help will be nicely apreciated

You can easily hack the 32x ROM with any hex editor. There are many free hex editors out there. You can use the free one here in the Library section called Hexplorer.

i tried to edit it but could not find the required rom address that i need to edit

i just tried hexplorer and it said it cant find the require bye im searching for
