  • Wii WWE '13 Invisible Pinfall Meter on Dolphin Emulator

This is a really vexing problem, and I'm not sure how to get rid of it. Whenever I get pinned by the AI, I can't kick out (unless I'm REALLY lucky), because the game hides the pinfall meter. The AI can unfairly win by simply knocking me down at the start of a match and pinning me right away.

Also, I've done some preliminary (but futile) troubleshooting in an attempt to get rid of this annoying bug.

    1. Switching the controller scheme from GameCube to Classic Controller
    2. Turning off all existing Gecko codes
    3. Resetting all game settings to default

NOTHING seems to work. What do I do here? How do I force the game to play fair?

Right now, the only option I have is to eliminate pinfall from ALL match types, and replace it with either KO or submission stipulations.

If anyone has any solutions or info regarding this issue, please post them at your earliest convenience. Until then, I'm completely flummoxed.

UPDATE: Please move this to the Recent Generation Hacking section. I guess Wii isn't considered "retro" just yet...

There is a workaround to the "invisible pinfall meter" glitch: when you find a match you want to play, simply select either the custom-match or change-participants options (by selecting the edit-match option). Just do whatever you want to the match, then play it, and you'll see that the pinfall meter is no longer invisible.

    Tempus fugit, ergo, carpe diem.

Time flies, therefore, seize the day.
