I am looking for a code for the monster battling Game Boy games Sanrio Timenet: Kako Hen and Mirai Hen where all monster captures using the "Get Card" (available at the beginning of the game) or "Digital Camera" item are 100% successful. I don't mind if the code is GameShark or a Game Genie code.
On this Japanese website they already list monster modifier codes, which are 01xx50C5 (enemy monster name), 01xx81C5 (enemy graphics), 01xx00C4 (enemy "entity") and 010159C5 (monster has 1 HP) where xx is the monster's index number. Additionally, I did a code search and 01xxC0C0 may be responsible for some other thing that controls the monster (since the value is the index number for when you encounter a monster), but I do not know what it controls.
This game is evil when it comes to the catch rate of Hangyodon (hex:9F). I must have tried to catch him with the Digital Camera about 100 times with him at 1 HP to no success, and according to the Japanese website there is sadly no item equivalent to Pokémon's Master Ball.
I did find a work around to get Hangyodon. The workaround was to replace C550 with 5C (corresponding to a monster with an easier catch rate) in the middle of the battle and replace it with 9F later.
Unfortunately it appeared that he had the wrong moves. My Sanrio Timenet: Kako Hen official guidebook says that five of his moves are パンチ, へんげ, おかしなダンス, ラッシュパンチ, おおつなみ but he did not have any of these moves when I withdrew him from the PC.
If it is no trouble, I would also like a code to receive Hangyodon with his correct moves (however, I don't want a move modifier code for a monster in the party)
Note: I tried making a Game Genie code by accessing a breakpoint in BGB for when C559 is read after you use the Digital Camera item (basically an infinite Get Card), because HP seems to control the catch rate. I haven't had much luck in deciphering the code to be able to make a Game Genie code though (since GB Game Genie codes are temporary ROM patches).
Is anyone able to assist me? Cheers.
Edit: I found that the codes 019F27C8, 019F00C4 let me buy Hangyodon in the Game Center, but still with incorrect moves.
