What restrictions does the following message imply: "The operation was canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your administrator for assistance."
This happens every time I try to open up the "localhost:2010/wrestlers" URL. Why can't I access this? Is it something to do with my firewall or antivirus program? I'm at a complete loss here. I don't want to have to resort to trial and (thousands of) error(s).
What do I have to do in order to FORCE this program to work correctly? Somebody PLEASE respond.
