So since the Vita Version has Dynamic Addresses which require Pointers, I am going back to the PSP Version until someone either Releases the Know-How or Tools to find them. So for now:
I am only using CWCheat for this. So far, I have found 1 Code. Will Update if I can find more.
    Code:
    Always Ball 3
    0x00770090 0x00000003
    I do have 1 Question:
Was there EVER a Game Released with the Sony Code of NPEG-20029 ?????? In my cheat.db File, I am looking at a Cheat Listing for this, but it is marked as Pinball Heroes (EU), but the only Releases for the PSP of Pinball Heroes is the US Version I Posted and EU NPEG-00018. I tried Editing the Sony Code ID, and tried the Codes for No Tilt, but I think the Copy I trued has Issues.
Edit: OK......apparently whoever Posted the Codes for the EU Version did so with a Incorrect Game ID Code. Correct ID is NPEG-00018. Codes work on the Base Version only. Version 2.01 will crash. Here are the Codes:
    Code:
    _S NPEG-00018
    _G Pinball Heroes [EU]
    _C0 1 Ball Game

Edit: OK, never mind. Apparently the Vita Version is not Dynamic. Turns out, the 1st Search I did was a 32Bit Search, then the next time I Searched, I did a proper 8Bit Search. Did another one just in Case and it matched the 8Bit exactly and still works.

    Code:
    # PCSA00109

    _V0 Always Ball 3-PSN Only
    $0000 81D9F130 00000003

    _V0 Always Ball 3 - NoNpDRM Only
    $0000 81D9F280 00000003
