The European badge-enhancing codes have finally been ported over to the North American version of Super Smash Bros. for 3DS!
These codes turn the normally lackluster Brawn, Protection and Agility Badges (the ones you start the game with) into truly awesome pieces of equipment--each one gives you +200 in ALL THREE categories (attack, defense and speed)!
The codes overwrite the Brawn, Protection and Agility Badges you start the game with, turning them into "Perfect (insert category) Badges". Each Perfect Badge gives you +200 in ALL THREE ATTRIBUTES! Thus, while it is possible to equip all three Perfect Badges with impunity, it's something of a waste, as the game will NOT let you stack the effects of all three Perfect Badges. I suggest using ONE Perfect Badge and adding the effects of other badges you've collected (such as Hyper + Quick Smash for ZOMG teh damagez..."
Along with the above info, try to use a Mii Fighter with minimum height and maximum girth. Not sure what difference a Mii's gender makes (if any). Use the Brawler class, as it has a really good choice of loadouts, and you really can't go wrong with anything you choose. Personally, I like specials which do combos, so I use the following loadout for my Mew Brawler:
Neutral: Exploding Side Kick (does TONS of damage if it connects)
Side: Onslaught (good combo and decent horizontal recovery)
Up: Piston Punch (another good combo plus good vertical recovery)
Down: Foot Flurry (a third combo, plus a bit of "hover").
