  • Home Brew and Soft Modding

Hi i have a question I’m hoping to get help with. First of all I think it’s important for me to mention that I am not good with understanding tech.I have been scouring the internet about home brew and soft modding and it’s all rather confusing. What I want to do is add cheats to my GameCube game sonic adventure 2 battle. I have an action replay (I don’t know if it’s the sd launcher since the packaging did not mention it) it only works on the wii however, I quickly found out that I can’t add codes to it. I have heard about soft modding the wii with home brew and I have found the cheat code I need on your site. But like I said I am no tech expert. I heard of a program called nintendont and that it may allow me to play my physical disc in my wii but could I add the codes using that and would it save to my save file on my GameCube card? This is all new to me and I don’t want to brick or ruin anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section. If you move it could you link to where I can find it.... I get lost easy LOL Thank you.
