Which emulator and version of the emulator are you using? Also, when/where does it crash? I'm using Project 64 1.6 with the codes and have no problems at all.

Fixed , re-check the post. Add the new code in the list. I got the same lockup on PJ64 2.0, but it's fixed now.

As for your question yes, code two disables the game from giving you any viruses to cure on flash mode.
