I didn't create codes to play as the characters. I just found codes that modify a character's faction. Most of the characters can only be part of 5 factions: WCW, NWO-Hollywood, NWO-Wolfpac, Horsemen, or Raven's Flock. The codes can make them part of the other factions that aren't selectable. There are other characters such as programmers & the other weird characters that you can't adjust their faction. The codes also allow you modify their faction as well.

Contender 2 - PS1 - GS

I was kind of disappointed when I played this game for the first time. The first Contender game had tons of characters (even though you originally couldn't play as them). This Contender game only has 18 characters. You'd think that they could have put more of them out there. Even if they were NPC's.

After looking at some of the codes posted for this game, I noticed some gaps in the sequential addresses that were listed in unlocking individual characters. These codes are completely useless, but they work:
