The value 425742F8 20190000 nothing happens(seems unnecessary in this game). The code don't worked in the first stage in Africa but the second stage works great.
I dont know anything about Qoob Pro

both are need, they are pointer.

its action replay's GC advance codetype (NOTE: nothing do with gba)

Your codes for NFS Underground 2 are amazing too. By the way... you know if lee4 made the "Must Be On" code for the "Turtles in Time"? I think is necessary, because the codes don't work too.

Did you test them on an actual console or Dolphin? These AR codes here, which are pointers won't work with Dolphin, only Gecko pointers work on it. But if you are playing it on an actual console and it doesn't work on certain levels I can re-visit this game and try to make another one.

    1200010A 0000DC00
    E0000000 80008000
    Notes about this code:
It had to be jokered because if not it will freeze in certain menus
Using this code will make your Chao's stamina start draining rapidly, probably best to press "A" to make your
Chao run faster and then refill it before it runs out.

I found out another thing, even though it really doesn't matter. If you dump from 0x20000000-0x22000000 your dump will be 32,769 KB with pcsx2, so I just dump from 0x2000000-21FFFFFF to get the exact 32MB RAM dump.

Thanks for the tip...Also I see what you did there with the value. You know you could also enter 80000000 0000E41E in Dolphin and then search for 00001ee4.

Okay, here is my first Wii pointer code, all thanks to lee4 for showing me how to break down codes with that tool.

At first it froze up, but that was because the code is actually a 16-bit code which I had originally thought it was only 8- bit. Basically it was my fault but it's now corrected and works like a charm.
