                Most codes are possible... it's whether a hacker is interested in making it and whether he/she is willing to invest the time and effort to make it. Some codes take a few seconds to make, while others can take hours, or even days/weeks/months (if the game must be completely reprogrammed to achieve desired code effect). The specific code you are requesting seems to be an advanced code that would require some time to make. In most cases, if a hacker doesn't respond to a request, the answer is probably "no", due to one of the reasons I previously mentioned.

                  Thanks, i just made a general Code request for several plattaforms, and i just requested this to make both FE's A LOT less tedious since there are two particular stages that are a huge pain to beat, and both involve recruiting people

                    Duncan Idaho, Fire Emblem 4 and Fire Emblem 5 that allows me to control the enemies which is harder to made it because this code must find a hacker who knows how to make snes game genie code.

                    I think there is a guide for this how to make a snes game genie code.
