Updates Code Status
1. Fixed no landmarks and no building collection codes.
2. Added new codes - Action Event codes!
3. Replace D0000000 into D2000000 for money and population codes
4. Corrected Action Event codes - Fireworks and Santa, is now using pointer codes because address was changed randomly
