Pause the game and press A for level select menu, press B or C for debugger. If you activate the debugger, just unpause the game and press B. You can now move anywhere on the screen. thank you! it works fine! you should do that in first place in as before my account was deleted. it even works in Hacked verison yes, Knuckles in Sonic 2 hack let you play in unused levels like the infamous Hidden Palace

Special/Bonus stages are always accessible. Anytime you pass a star post, the bonus stage will appear. Works even if you don't have any rings, or if you have all 7 emeralds. Note that if you enter a bonus stage with all 7 emeralds, you may lose your Super Knuckles ability, but you can always use the "Press double jump to turn into Super Knuckles at any time" code to fix that.

Invincibility lasts 5x as long when you start each life. Note that you will flash for about one second, but will be invincible for about 6 seconds.
I have an ideas for those games: Grind Stormer (Tengen), Thunder Force 3, Mega Turrican, Fire Shark, Mercs, Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster's Hidden Treasure:
1. Pause The Game And Press ... Button, Then Unpause To Change Your Current Weapon (for Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster's Hidden Treasure, this to change your current special helper type);
2. Pause The Game And Press ... Button, Then Unpause To Change Your Current Weapon Level (Not for Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster's Hidden Treasure);
3. Pause The Game And press ... Button, Then Unpause For Invincibility;
4. Pause The Game And press ... Button, Then Unpause For Level Select;
5. Pause The Game And Press ... Button, Then Unpause To Enter Shop Anytime (Mercs only);
Also, there appears to be an weird issue when try to reset especially game Mega Turrican with GameGenie enabled! Game loads fine (no red screen), then I can get to title screen, then I press Start and here is the strange thing - when game attempt to load first level, player might get this the stage simply won't load - it just stay darker, with no Turrican spawned! This doesn't occurs always, but this happens when you has any GameGenie code(s) enabled, no matter what kind they're! With GameGenie disabled, first stage always loads fine and I can get Turrican spawned normally, only when GameGenie code are active I'm getting most of tries loading first stage being stuck! I think this game might have a checksum check after you're past title screen while stage is loading, and if checksum detects any GameGenie codes active, in most cases it probably blocks first stage from loading completely! Please fix that issue! This happens on Gens ReRecording emulator...
Also I have a few additional requests for Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster's Hidden Treasure:
1. High / Super High Jump;
2. Moon Jumps With Slow Descend;
3. Slow Descend When Jumping or Falling Down After Jumping;
4. Jump In Midair (Multi Jumps);
5. Invincibility Against Elmyra (in last stage), aka She Can't Catch You;
6. Walk in Air After Run Off a Ledge;
7. Get An Special Helper With Every ... (number modifier) Carrots Collected Instead of 50.
Unicode, your code requests for "Pause and press ... button" for different cheats are for too many games, and will be WAAAYYY too time consuming.
Some of your requests for Buster's Treasure already exist. There's already a high jump code, and there's already codes that make carrots worth more, which will do exactly what you want for the special helpers.

Actually, Grind Stormer has a debug mode code that gives ability to change current weapon and its level. Thunder Force III actually has a key to change your weapons anytime, so the "Pause The Game And Press ... Button, Then Unpause To Change Your Current Weapon" code might not be needed for those two games. About Tiny Toon game, you're right about High Jumps and Special Helpers codes.
For now, I'm wondering if you can make rest codes for Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster's Hidden Treasure: Moon Jump, Slow Descend After Jumping, Jump In Midair (I'm sure this code stills hasn't been made!), Pause the Game and Press ... to Change your Current Special Helper Type, Walk In Air After Runs Off Platform, and one additional request: Pause the game and press ... key, then unpause the game to Refill Lost Health Units. If you're not going to make any of requests for Mega Turrican, please to least look to that issue where first stage NOT loading with GameGenie active!
