      Automatically get the Weed Eater with 255 ammo as soon as you start walking around. Your Weed Eater ammo will usually refill itself when moving around, but if it gets too low, just pause the game to refill it. Can be used with the Ancient Artifacts code below.

          I forgot how useful the Monster Potion was... The Monster Potion makes you invincible, lets you punch through weak walls, bushes, doors, etc just like the Bazooka, and you can kill enemies by punching them.

          • Hey, my friend @Tony Hedstrom... I have a question about Genesis joypad controls...

            Usually most of real Sega Genesis controllers have a D-Pad, button Start and Buttons A, B, C. However, there are also a smaller as size buttons X (located above the A), button Y (located above the B) and a button Z (located above the C one) on many Sega Genesis joypads. I'm surprized by the fact there are NO USE of these buttons X, Y and Z on any Sega Genesis game... I'm wondering if you can make a codes for various games which makes to use these buttons X, Y and Z (located above main A, B and C) ones? For an example I give one of Sonic classics games - Sonic and Knuckles 3. It's possible to make buttons to used like that:

            A Button - for jumping and using attacks ONLY (turning into Super / Hyper Sonic / Tails / Knuckles or activating the Debug Mode disabled for this button);
            B Button - for transforming into Super Sonic / Tails / Knuckles ONLY (jumping / using attacks or activating the Debug Mode with this button disabled);
            C Button - make a Game Genie code to swap button A for this button (I mean C) to activate / deactivate the Debug Mode (Transforming into Super / Hyper Sonic / Tails / Knuckles and using jump or special attacks disabled for this button);
            X - press this button to get a Fire Shield power-up for Sonic / Tails / Knuckles;
            Y - press this button to get an Water Shield power-up for Sonic / Tails / Knuckles;
            Z - press this button to get a Flash attack power-up (or walk through walls or locked doors while this button is pressed) for Sonic / Tails / Knuckles.

            It would be nice if you can make these buttons X, Y, Z to have any use for other games as well!

            • Nothing like an easy code request for Mr. Hedstrom to whip up.

                Unicode, there are lots of Genesis games that can use 6 button controllers. The game I working on right now (Zombies Ate My Neighbors) can use a 6 button controller.

                Anyways, about your request for mapping/remapping buttons to do different things with Sonic and Knuckles 3. The amount of time required to do a request like that would be huge. It's a very interesting idea, but I just don't have the time to do it. I'm thinking there would have to be some custom assembly routines involved, as well as some empty/unused ROM space to put them. Would be a challenging project.

                  • Added a third completely playable character...

                    Zombies Ate My Neighbors (Genesis)

                    P49T-BE16
                    Play as the Monster. This code lets you use weapons, trampolines, and go swimming (which you normally can't do as the Monster). You can break weak walls, bushes, doors, etc just like the bazooka by shooting certain weapons (popsicles, tomatoes, soda pop, and maybe others) while holding the directional pad towards the object (and touching it). You'll also be invincible. If you want to walk thru walls, add this code: RZMT-A6WW.

                    =============

                    EDIT:

                    As you may know, when you are transformed into the monster, you can't save the neighbors in water or on trampolines. Because of this fact, there would be no way to finish many of the levels if you were playing as the monster. This code solves that problem.

                      Play as the Monster (without invincibility). Same as the code above but no invincibility.

                      ==========

                      Thought it would be a good idea to remove the invincibility so people can play through the game taking damage just like a regular character.

                        Fire extinguisher freeze time lasts much longer.

                        Fire extinguisher keeps enemies frozen until you exit the level.

                            I usually go back to NES and SNES codes every once in awhile.
