  • Requesting please Game Genie codes for:
    • (NES) Kung Fu
      • Walk Faster
    • (NES) Mickey Mousecapade
      • Invincibility
    • (NES) Narc
      • Inivincibility
    • (NES) Robocop
      • Invincibility
I also have a question for this code:
    Code:
    [COLOR=blue]Kung Fu - NES[/COLOR]

Grippers die when trying to grab you
    GXKZTIEI
    KVKXPSIK
    SXKXZIVZ
    AVOZLNGG
I tried using only the first 3 lines of the code and it seems to work fine without the 4th line of code. I didn't play through the game but almost the whole first level seemed to work fine without the 4th line of code. So is the 4th line of code necessary? What does the 4th line of code do? I'm obviously playing on a real NES hardware console. Almost all my game genie code requests are for games that I own the real cartridge to.

      • Code:
        RoboCop (USA) [NES]
        Invincibility
        LLNTTZIU
        SLXUYTAX

Can't Harm Civilian (end of level 1)
        SOKZLNSU
OK, I tested it through the game. The first line is for almost everything, the second I had to do for the big machine that spits fire. You can still lose power by harming the civilian at the end of level 1, which is the reason for the other code.

Thank you for your cooperation. Stay out of trouble.

            • Rimsky, you posted:

If you are referring to this uncredited code in the BSFree2 Code Database:
              Code:
              [COLOR=blue]Mickey Mousecapade - NES[/COLOR]

              Infinite Energy
              OVOPPTSV
That is not an "Invincibility code." That is an "Infinite Energy" code. When using that code, enemies and enemy fire can still hit Mickey, but he doesn't lose any energy. An "Invincibility" code will not allow you to get hit by an enemy nor enemy fire. So there is a difference between the two types of codes.

OK, I tested it through the game. The first line is for almost everything, the second I had to do for the big machine that spits fire. You can still lose power by harming the civilian at the end of level 1, which is the reason for the other code.
You read my mind regarding the "Can't Harm Civilian" code. I remember getting so frustrating when I was younger not being able to advance to the second level because I didn't know what to do when reaching the end boss of Level 1. I couldn't really see that there was a civilian the boss was holding hostage. I couldn't make out what it was. So whenever I got to that boss, I would fire immediately and I couldn't understand why I kept dying. I would try to shoot him up high, down low, etc. Nothing seemed to work. Recently, I finally saw a walkthrough video of the game and realized what I had to do when I faced that boss. I felt very foolish.

Thank you for your cooperation. Stay out of trouble.
              hah

Thank you Nolberto and Rimsky for those Game Genie codes.

What do you mean by the new site? I use GSHI.org or GameHacking.org. This website has a new site? I'm confused

I'm currently doing a complete site rewrite. More modern looking, with cool new features. I'm probably more than halfway done, but have hit some difficult snags. We may see it launched sometime in the near future...

Do you have a snapshot of a preview of what the new site will look like? Ya know, like taking a picture of what is being displayed on your monitor. It would be nice to see how the new site will look.

So where did you get VisitntX's Mickey Mousecapade "Invincibility" code from? Since it's not in this site's regular database nor this site's BSFree2 Code database?

                          • I think for now, the new site design will remain a mystery. But I will say that the colors will be up to you.

The codes on the new site are ones from the current one, except those added since about April (Don't worry, it will have them all at launch). Not sure why you haven't found it.

These are the only Game Genie codes that I found on this site for Mickey Mousecapade:

                              http://gamehacking.org/?s=v2&sys=5&gid=11654

                              http://gamehacking.org/?s=bsfree2&sys=2&gid=1707

I can't find where you got that Invincibility code. Can you please post the link here?

It's hiding with the par codes. Something you won't have to worry about with the new site.
