Liu Kang's fatality is when he flips, kicks and uppercuts the opponent. You're right he can do it from a distance. I'm trying to make it that he can do from anywhere but is not working correctly. I am getting everything setup at the new place now and will take a look at this when I get some time away from work. Unfortunately it may take several codes (one or more per character) to enable mid round fatalities using this method.
