A few corrections

The posted master codes for Rocket Knight Adventures and Castlevania - Bloodlines only changes a symple BNE to a BEQ. The following codes fully disable the conditional branch instructions, making the codes more effective:

As in the lizards you can ride, after a few hits they run off, can it be prevented?

It can be prevented be freezing the ram value who decreases each time you get hit. Its very easy to make the code. I'll make it. If I have time the codes will be here tomorrow.

When you use the invincibility code, if you touch an enemy the music switchs off. If you enter the windows by pressing A, the music will sound again. With this code lava doesn't hurt you, but you can't jump out of it.
