Adding codes was broken for a couple days...

I updated the import script for codes a day or so ago, and I forgot a stupid single quote in the query, so any codes you may have attempted to add... didn't. If you tried adding any codes in the last few days please check to make sure they are there. The issue should be fixed now.

It's all in preparation for future changes in the code system.
