PSP emulator

Does anyone have a link to a working playstation portable system? I tried searching this forum, but it either doesn't exist or got buried. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This is crazy. I can't get anything to work. It just keeps locking up.

I used that psp emulator that runs off of java but you need some speedy specs to run half way decent.

Well I just bought a hp quad core with 8 gigs ram....think it will work on that?

I finally got one to work. It was the one you suggested helder. btw there was no lag on my computer.
