Coal mining. Definitely coal mining. I know, I know, the whole dying from all the stuff you breathe down there... but they have robots these days. Why not sit back in a chair and control a machine that you might not even have to see up close, and make it do all the work for you. It's like a video game. I don't see how offshore drilling could be nearly as fun.

Special agent. Secret agents usually have to sit dormant, undercover for years, with nothing interesting at all to do, and a high level of danger. At least a special agent can do his probably boring job without having to hide it.
