Weekly Rant Volume 1: Emos.

Ha! I'm sure that the same things happen with whatever kind of music emos listen to--BUT EMO MUSIC ISN'T BANNED/SHUNNED NOW IS IT? Oh yeah I went there.

Emos just want to kill themselves or cut their veins. They are pathetic half-lives. They deserve only to be tortured by the most sadistic people earth can know. I wish Hitler was still alive, to torture the emo kids.

These dumbasses whine "Nobody loves me" then you tell them, "No, that's not true, I..." And they fucking say "No, you don't love me. Nobody loves me." So yeah. Shut up and hang yourself.

And then they have that gay hairstyle that makes you think they are wearing a low quality shiny dirty plastic wig. And it's glued in position. What the fuck is that useful for, other than being made fun of? We Metalheads have long hair, and yeah, it's in our face sometimes. But we put it to use. We headbang all the time. (At least I do.)

And if somebody doesn't like me, fuck that person! I don't give a shit. If nobody loved me (Wich obviously isn't the case), then fuck them! I live for Metal and I'll die for Metal and fuck whoever thinks I'm stupid for that. I wouldn't whine about it. If they don't like me it's because I'm intimidating them or they're just not worthy of my attention.

Yeah that can sound like I'm selfish, but when you get to be friends with me I can be a really good guy. And anyway I'm happy, so why should I care what people think of me!

That being said, emos are idiots and they're wimps and I don't like them. I'm talking about real emos here, not the fake ones who just think they look good when they look like dicks.

My best friend through middle school kind of turned Emo when we got to high school. It's a really depressing story, which I'd rather not get into, but there's just such contrast between them and the regular people that you talk to every day.

I mean, what's so traumatizing that makes them so depressed? Or could they all just happen to have chronic depression issues which they settle by hating themselves and wearing all black? I mean, even Narcissus wasn't that stupid (Narcissus was the conceded demi-god of beauty who fell in love with his reflection, but when he could no longer see himself, he became depressed...like, really.).

I really just don't get it. Now, I just kind of stay away from those kinds of people. I've tried talking to Robert (my friend), but he just likes to be a jerk about it and ignores me.

I sort of feel bad for them.

I've been sort of depressed lately, but I don't think I am emo even if I do listen to somewhat emo music.

1) I keep it to myself. No bastardic whining here.
2) I respect myself too much to cut. I just don't get it.

Hanging around emos make me feel glad I'm not them.
So, then, I guess I'm not happy being depressed. I do doubt that emos are truly happy being depressed.

Well, that's my input; whether it be directly related to the rant or not.

I suspect a lot of people being emo are just sheep following along with a popular way of behaving. But certainly not all of them.
