  • Evaluation of COD WW2's latest weapons...

All this is strictly my opinion. I play multiplayer hardcore FFA almost exclusively, so my opinions are from using the new weapons in Hardcore.

The Stinger LMG serves very well as a semi-auto rifle with a vast ammo supply as well as a slow-firing but very powerful MG. In hardcore, it scores 1-hit kills at any distance. Second-best semi-auto after Type 5. Now my 2nd-fave weapon after the BAR.

The Itra Burst is nice-n-accurate, & produces i-hit kills, even from one bullet, in hardcore. I treat it as a semi-auto, but it has a slower rate of fire than the other semi-autos.

The Nambu SMG was much-respected by Allied servicemen in WW2, & in this game, to me, it's the 2nd-best SMG after the Type 38. Good accuracy & good kill power with FMJ & Advanced Rifling.

The PTRS sniper rifle has become my fave, but I don't use SRs that often, as in Hardcore other semi-autos serve the sniping purpose better.

Jury still out on Blunderbuss. Fave shotgun still Combat Shotgun.

The Reichsrevolver & Enfield #2 are powerful, accurate revolvers, but they only hold 6 rounds. The 1911 is still the best handgun in the game, but the 9MM Sap with any Heroic variant is about as good as it has better sights..(I wish my own 1911-type .45s were as accurate & long-ranged as it is in this game!) But if you like pistols, don't be afraid to use the revolvers!

I seldom use melee weapons besides a bayonet, so I don't know about them.
I come from a smart family...In the Civil War, my great-grandpa fought for the WEST.
