Someone is feeling very confident about the Philadelphia Eagles heading into Super Bowl LII...so confident that they reportedly placed a multi-million wager on the Birds!

Anyone else think Nick Foles has been hit in the head one too many times when you listen to him talk?

Wait until you hear how I talk on February 2nd, my birthday. Slurred speech, unsteady, staggering gait, I am going to get drunker than a sailor standing on the first floor of a whorehouse clutching a fistful of fifties!

Hopefully you recover in time to enjoy the game. I'm not an Eagles fan, but it would be nice to see them win their first Super Bowl. Philadelphia sports teams haven't won many championships.

                They won 3. 1948, 1949, and 1960.

That is 1 more championship than the Phillies have won. But the Eagles still haven't won a Super Bowl.

Yes, you're right. Those championships were won before the Super Bowl was called into existence.

                      Super Bowl LII

Super Bowl LII was the 52nd Super Bowl and the 48th modern-era National Football League championship game to determine a champion for the 2017 season.

The National Football Conference champion Philadelphia Eagles defeated the American Football Conference champion and defending Super Bowl champion New England Patriots, 41–33, to win their first Super Bowl, and denied the Patriots a record-tying 6th Super Bowl win; the loss tied the Patriots with the most Super Bowl losses with the Denver Broncos with five.

The Patriots from New England (Natalie Portman, Rachel Dratch, Alex Moffat, Heidi Gardner, Luke Null) and the Philadelphians (Tina Fey, Mikey Day, Kenan Thompson) argue over who is better.
