I'm getting this game in a few hours, and found this while searching the Internet for cheats:
For anyone wanting to know whether the unlimited health exploit works on the PS4 remaster, it does as of 9/3/17. No patches removed or alterations needed. Just do the same as the PS3 version...
1. Beat the game on any difficulty.
2. Complete the Challenge of Olympus to unlock the Combat Arena.
3. Set health/magic/item use to infinite.
4. Set difficulty to Titan. THIS IS A MUST.
5. Choose 3 gorgons and make sure they're set to attack.
6. Upon starting, jump in the air as they hit you with the gorgon stare so you'll instantly die. If you don't jump, just bust yourself out the stone and try again until you die.
7. When asked to try again, select yes. Repeat this until it asks you to lower the difficulty. SELECT NO and return to the main menu (it will not ask you this if you set the difficulty to Chaos in the combat arena).
8. Start a new game on any difficulty, preferably Chaos. You should now have unlimited health, all upgraded weapons, and all items. Magic and item use will still deplete. When you lose the Blades of Athena, you will gain the Blades of Exile, but they will need to be upgraded from level one.
