  • Another iPhone bug has appeared

iPhone users be careful opening unknown videos.

A 5 second video is making its way around the Internet, and when opened on iPhones causes the phone to lock up and reset.

At first, everything seems fine, and when you start playing the video on an iPhone it appears to run normally. You can even exit the video and open other apps once it's finished.

In the background, however, the video seems to start a loop, and within a minute of completion, you'll start to notice the iPhone slow down considerably before ultimately freezing, requiring a reset of the phone.

We did not encounter any issues when playing the clip on a Samsung Galaxy S7 running Android 6.0.1.

I say this knowing absolutely nothing about the iPhone, but the iPhone is a bug. Who needs that when you can have big bulky tacky old phones that are about the size of a human arm. They need to start attaching pipes to them and have them go off when the phone rings so it can annoy everyone within a mile.

By "pipes" I take it you mean bagpipes.

And those human-arm-sized phones are sooo next-gen 1980s. Wanna know where it's at? One of those old phones you have to hold the receiver to your ear in one hand, and hold the transmitter up to your mouth in the other. Oh, did I mention you have to hand-crank the thing, and then ask the operator who to connect to?
        Tempus fugit, ergo, carpe diem.

Time flies, therefore, seize the day.

This apparently affects all iphones and ipads as well. From my understanding this is possibly a bug in all ios versions.
